Aiming at wood chips conveying
process of cooking tower in chemical
pulping plant, Jiangsu Kaifeng Pump
Valve has launched dedicated single
- blade conveyer
for wood chips. The equipment has
overcome the technical difficulty in
easy blockage, low lift, and in
pumping high lift and long distance,
for wood chips conveying. For
occasions requiring high lift,
method of installation in series is
adopted to meet design requirement
perfectly.
Scope of application
work section, such as conveying wood
chips, sewage and similar medium, in
which winding easily occurs, in
pulping and papermaking industry.

• Annual output of single machine is
150000 tons to 1.8 million tons
• Flow rate: 400m³/h - 2500m³/h
• Lift: 8m - 75m
• Medium feeding temperature up to
92°C
• Pressure - containing member can
bear pressure up to 25 kg
• 1.4469, and 1.4517 are selected as
materials, which are sprayed with
wear resistant coating
