Technical Description
Structure
Single-stage, single-flow,
volute-type vortex pump. Based on
its process design, the impeller,
stuffing box, shaft seal, and
bearing housing can be disassembled
and/or installed as a "cartridge
unit" without disconnecting the
suction and discharge pipes.
Impeller
A specially designed vortex-type
impeller is adopted, which offers
the following advantages:
● No axial thrust
● Generates a strong vortex
during operation, with most of the
medium directly pumped by the vortex
● Minimal impeller wear and
long service life
● Easy to maintain
● Non-clogging
Bearings
The pump shaft is supported by
imported SKF bearings lubricated
with oil or grease. Cylindrical
roller bearings are installed on the
pump end, while two angular contact
ball bearings are mounted
back-to-back on the drive end. The
oversized shaft ensures
vibration-free operation.
Shaft Seal
Different types of seal
configurations can be selected
according to specific operating
requirements.
