Overview
The PJ - type sizing pump, also
known as a low - pulse pump, is an
ideal replacement product
independently designed by our
factory according to the actual
situation of the papermaking
industry. It addresses the drawbacks
of large - flow, low - head mixed -
flow pumps widely used in general
papermaking enterprises, such as
unstable pulp flow and inconvenient
disassembly and assembly. It
features high efficiency, stable
pulp flow, and long service life.
(The bearings at both ends of the
pump body are evenly stressed.) It
is convenient for maintenance. (The
pump casing is split - case, and
maintenance can be carried out after
opening the cover.) It is suitable
for the supporting of the stock -
feeding system of medium - and high
- speed paper machines, and is used
for transporting finished pulp with
a temperature below 80°C and a
consistency below 1%.
Note: When
looking at the pump from the
coupling end, the pump rotates
clockwise. The pulp inlet is on the
right side, and the pulp outlet is
on the left side. If you need to
change the positions of the pulp
inlet and outlet, you must specify
it when placing an order.
